Uninor Introduced New Unlimited Roaming Packs

Uninor has introduced new unlimited free roaming pack for its customers in the circles of  Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, UP East and UP West. The roaming packs are applicable in the states where Uninor is operational and provides for a network on its own.

The free roaming packs have different values in different circles. Let us take a look at them:

Rs 37 for Maharashtra and Goa provides you with free incoming which roaming across Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, UP East and UP West.
Rs 31 for an Andhra Pradesh customer will provide you with  roaming across Maharashtra and Goa (excluding Mumbai), Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, UP East and UP West. The same amount hols true for Gujarat as well.
For the UP East circle, you’ll get free incoming while roaming in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat and Maharashtra and Goa reduced to Rs 32 for UP West circle.
All the above packs have a validity of 30 days.
However, for Bihar, the cost of the roaming pack in the other circles is Rs 43 but it has a validity of 60 days.
Uninor has a strong presence in the circles in which it is present and is the fastest growing operator too.

Idea Cellular And Opera Mini Giving 200,000 Hours Of Free Internet For Mobile Users

Idea Cellular is giving away 200,000 hours of free internet access, over the next 20 days, to its users through the webpass service on Opera Mini. For users who have never experienced the internet from their mobiles before.

To enjoy free internet on Idea Cellular, Opera Mini users simply have to go to the Speed Dial page in Opera Mini and click on ‘Idea Web Pass’. From here, they can select ‘Free Internet Trial Pass (3 MB)’ from the list of web passes. Users can avail one web pass each during this campaign, which entitles them to one hour of free internet, upto 3 MB, during that day.

The 200,000 hours of free internet are available for the next 20 days. On each day, the Free Internet Trial Pass can be availed by 10,000 users on a first-come, first-served basis.

Idea subscribers who don’t already have Opera Mini on their phones can visit m.opera.com and download Opera Mini absolutely free. Opera Mini works on almost all kinds of phones, from basic Java phones to the latest Android and iOS smartphones.

Xolo Launched Q900S with 4.7-inch qHD Display Android 4.3 JellyBean Android Smartphone At Rs 9,999

Xolo launched the Win Q990s, it’s first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone last month as the lightness Windows Phone 8 smartphone. Today the company has unveiled the Android variant of the smartphone called Q900s. It has a 4.7-inch qHD display instead of 4.7-inch HD display on the Win Q900s and this runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) that is upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat). It is just 7.2 mm and weighs 100 grams.

Other features are similar to its Windows Phone variant, including a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory with expansion slot and a 1800 mAh battery.

Spice Launched Stellar 520 And Stellar 525 Two Android 4.4 KitKat Smartphones At Rs 8,999 & 11,499

Spice expands its portfolio of KitKat powered smartphones to four options”

Spice has launched two new Android 4.4 KitKat powered smartphones in India today. The vendor has unveiled the Spice Stellar 520 and Stellar 526, priced at Rs 8,999 and Rs 11,499 respectively. Details about the Stellar 520 were already available for a while. These are the latest Android KitKat powered smartphones from Spice after the Stellar Mi-600Stellar 497.

The Spice Stellar 520 offers a 5-inch IPS HD display with One Glass Solution technology. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, paired with 1GB of RAM. It has 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. It sports an 8MP rear shooter with LED flash, and a 2MP front camera. Connectivity features include dual-SIM (3G+3G), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and GPS. A 2,000mAh battery under the hood is in charge of powering the phone. Pre-loaded apps include Whatsapp, Opera and OLX. Spice Cloud, the company’s cloud storage service that lets you back up your data and remotely access or wipe your phone, is also included. The device ships with red and yellow back panels and a free flip cover.

The Spice Stellar 526, on the other hand, is a beefed up version of the Stellar 520 with a 5-inch Oncell IPS HD display. It is powered by a 1.5GHz hexa-core processor, making it the company’s first hexa-core device. The procesor is aided by 1GB of RAM and a Mali 450 MP4 GPU. It also sports an 8MP autofocus rear camera and a 3.2MP front snapper. It offers 8GB of internal storage, further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. Connectivity features include dual-SIM, 3G, dual-band, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The phone is fuelled by a larger 2,400mAh battery. The device also offers a few voice and gesture based controls. 

The phones will be available in major retail stores and Spice HotSpot stores throughout the country, and will be sold online via Saholic.
