iBall has released a new Android smartphone, the mSLR Cobalt4, with a new value proposition than most smartphones. It features an 8-megapixel primary camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash, but most importantly, it comes with four detachable camera lenses – an 8X zoom lens, a fins-eye lens with a viewing angle of 180 degrees, a wide-angle lens of 130 degrees, and a 10X magnification lens that can focus on objects that are 10-15 mm away.

When it comes to internal hardware, it features a 5-inch LCD display with qHD resolution, a 1.4GHz octa-core Cortex-A7 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, microSD card slot, and a 2,000 mAh battery. In the connectivity department, the device offers dual-SIM card slot with 3G network capability, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, and A-GPS. Even though it has been an year since the announcement of Android 5.0 Lollipop, iBall has decided to ship this device with dated software in the form of Android 4.4 KitKat.

iBall has launched the Slide i701, the company’s first Windows 8.1 tablet. It has a 7-inch IPS screen and is powered by an quad-core Intel Atom processor. It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGAl front-facing camera. It comes with free Microsoft Office license for one year and 1TB OneDrive cloud storage. No details about the display resolution and the processor model yet.

iBall has launched the Slide 3G i80, the company’s latest Android tablet in the Slide series. It has a 8-inch (1280×800 pixels) IPS screen and is powered by an quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G support and voice calling capabilities. It comes pre-loaded with 19 Indian languages, but no details about the Android version.

iBall has unveiled yet another smartphone in the Cobalt series, known as Oomph 4.7D. The phone features a sleek metallic design and after being listed on iBall’s official site, it has finally made an official entry in the market.
The Cobalt Oomph 4.7D comes is a Dual SIM device with a 4.7-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The device runs Android 4.4 KitKat, upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. It sports a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a 5-megapixel front camera.
The phone also has HotKnot feature, which enables two phones to quickly share photos and videos by simply putting the screens together. The Cobalt Oomph 4.7D is available in White with Gold and Black with Metallic Grey colors, for a price of Rs. 7,999.

iBall has launched the Andi 5M Xotic budget Android smartphone. Priced at Rs 8,199, the phone will be available in major brick-and-mortar stores across the country and via e-commerce portals. The device was already listed on eBay India in end-February at a price of Rs 8,950. Mumbai-based retailer, Mahesh Telecom tipped the launch of the Andi 5M Xotic for Rs 7,999.
The biggest USP of the iBall Andi 5M Xotic is its 2GB of RAM and 16GB of flash memory for a budget. The phone features a 5-inch qHD display, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat, but will be upgraded to Android Lollipop in the coming months. The device houses an 8MP autofocus rear shooter with an LED flash and a BSI sensor, and a 3.2MP front-facing snapper. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and sips juice from a 2,000mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the handset offers dual-SIM slots, 3G, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Bluetooth, micro-USB, and A-GPS.
At this price point, the iBall Andi 5M Xotic will be up against the likes of the Micromax Canvas Juice 2, Celkon Millennium Ultra Q500, and Alpha Feather etc., which all offer 5-inch displays, quad-core processors and 2GB of RAM
