Samsung Launched Tab A and Tab E Android Tablets At Rs 20,500 and 16,900
Samsung has launched two new budget tablets in India named the Galaxy Tab A and Galaxy Tab E. They have been priced at Rs 20,500 and Rs 16,900 respectively. Both of them come with voice calling support. The Galaxy Tab A is a 4G enabled tablet whereas the Galaxy Tab E is a 3G tablet. The Galaxy Tab A will be made available across all retail channels by end of this week whereas the Galaxy Tab E will be made available exclusively through Flipkart by June-end.
Talking about the Galaxy Tab A, it comes with an 8-inch XGA TFT display. It has a 4:3 display ratio and a 7.5mm thick frame. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and is one the few tablets that come with 4G connectivity. It is the only 4G tablet you can buy that costs around the Rs 20,000 mark. Both the tablets will get an optional non-slip fabric style cover. Here’s a look at their specifications:

Microsoft Patenered with 20 OEM’s To pre-install office Apps and Skype on Android Tablets
Microsoft is expanding the reach of its Office apps and Skype to more partners. The software giant will pre-install the Office and Skype apps on Android tablets from OEMs like LG, Sony, Haier and others.
Under the new partnership, Office apps like Word, Excel and Powerpoints, OneNote, OneDrive along with Skype will be pre-installed on a total of 20 partners. Microsoft noted that the apps will arrive on a new upcoming LG tablet as well as the new Sony Xperia Z4 tablet over the next 3 months. The company has reached to a total of 31 partners with this agreement.
Earlier in March, Microsoft partnered with with global OEMs Samsung and Dell, eight regional OEMs and top original device manufacturer Pegatron to pre-install Office apps and services on Android devices. The latest move comes in line with the “mobile-first, cloud-first” strategy that is initiated by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Just few days back Microsoft announced that its digital voice assistant Cortana is coming to Android and iOS.
Zebronica Launched Zebpad 7t500 7-inch Voice Calling 3G Android 4.4 Tablet At Rs 7,490
Zebronics has launched company’s latest tablet. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It comes with a 5-megapixel interpolated rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity, dual SIM support, voice calling and FM Radio.
It has glossy metallic brushed back and comes with USB on-the-go (OTG) support.

iBall Launched Slide Q40i with 7-inch WiFi Only Tablet At Rs 4,999

iBall has added a new budget Android tablet to its fleet in India. The brand has launched the iBall Slide Q40i, a Wi-Fi only slate for Rs 4,999 that will be available in major brick-and-mortar retail stores. The tablet runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and offers wire-free FM thanks to an inbuilt antenna.
Coming to the specs, the iBall Slide Q40i features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels. The device is backed by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, aided by 512MB of RAM. It has 8GB of internal memory, which can be further increased by up to 32GB via a microSD card. The slate has a 2MP rear camera with an LED flash, a 0.3MP front shooter, and a 2,500mAh battery.
The company recently launched the iBall Slide Brace X1 Android tablet with dual-chambered speakers for Rs 17,999. The Brace X1 was followed by the Windows 8.1-based iBall Slide WQ149i and WQ149R slates, which are priced at Rs 18,499 and Rs 19,999 respectively
