YU Launched YUPIX Compact Photo Printer with WiFi and NFC At Rs 6,999


YU has launched YUPIX, a mobile photo printer. The pocket photo printer offers high quality photo prints in just 60 seconds and provides NFC and WiFi connectivity. Since this uses WiFi, it will be faster than other printers that uses Bluetooth, says the company. It uses Dye Sublimation technology, offering a printing resolution of 291 dpi and can print 10 continuous copies.

It uses cartridge which has Ink Ribbon & Photo Paper Integrated into it, making it water and fingerprint proof. There is a separate app that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store that lets users wirelessly connect their smartphone through WiFi or NFC and also edit images. There will also be an iOS app in future. Cartridge refill will also be available separately, but YU has not announced the pricing for it yet.
