Intex has launched Aqua Y2 Remote, the company’s latest smartphone in the Aqua series with universal remote option that would let you control TV, AC, Set Top Boxes, DVD Players and more. It has a 4-inch WVGA IPS display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity and dual SIM support.

Commenting on the launch, Sanjay Kumar Karilona, Mobile Business Head at Intex Technologies, said:

The new Aqua Y2 Remote is the most reasonable smartphones with a soothing display to suit the user requirement. As the name suggests, the smartphone turns into a remote once synced with the products. Designed for the users on the go, the Y2 remote is available on different e-portals as well as on various retail stores distributed across the country.
