HTC Launched Desire 526G+ with 4.7-inch Display 1.7Ghz OctaCore Processor Android 4.4 Smartphone Starting At Rs 10,400

Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC on Wednesday added a new Android smartphone to its Desire line-up in the country. Dubbed as HTC Desire 526G+, the new phone will be available in the country starting the last week of January.

According to HTC, it will be offering two storage variant of the Desire 526G+ – 8GB and 16GB. While the 8GB version, which carries a price-tag of INR 10,400, will be exclusive to e-retailer Snapdeal.com, the 16GB version (price: INR 11,400) will be available across major retailers in the country.

The HTC Desire 526G+ dual SIM is the best buy for tech lovers who look for innovation and technology that fits perfectly in their pocket. HTC wants to empower the masses and put a good phone in everyone’s hands, without compromising on features and specifications,” said Mr. Faisal Siddiqui, Vice President and Country Head, HTC India.

HTC Desire 526G+ features a 4.7-inch qHD display, Android 4.4 with HTC Sense UI, and 1.7GHz octa-core processor. The phone also packs 1GB of RAM, dual-SIM support, 2000 mAh battery, microSD card slot and 3G support.

On the imaging front, HTC has included 8MP auto-focus rear camera, and 2MP front shooter. HTC states that Desire 526G+ will be released in White and Black colour options.
