Spice is all set to expand its budget Android smartphones portfolio. The company has listed the Spice Mi-430 KitKat-powered phone on its website for Rs 4,399, but there’s no official word on its availability as of now.

Coming to the specs, the Spice Mi-430 offers a 1GHz single-core processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. It features a 4-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, and 2GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. Camera wise, the phone packs a 2MP primary camera on the back with an LED flash, while a 1.3MP front-facing shooter is also on board. On the connectivity front, it comes with dual-SIM slots, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The handset is fuelled by a 1,400mAh battery. The device comes pre-loaded with apps like OLX, WhatsApp, Ask Me, Spice Cloud and Opera.

With such specs at this price point, the Spice Mi-430 will be facing stiff competition from the likes of the Karbonn A12 Star, Intex Aqua Style Mini, Obi Racoon S401, and Lava Iris 400 Colours. 

The company recently launched the Spice Stellar 517 and Stellar 470 with Android KitKat for Rs 7,999 each. The specs cover 1.3GHz quad-core processors, 1GB of RAM, 8G of internal memory, 8MP rear cameras, and a regular array of connectivity options. free flip cover, while the Stellar 470 is offered with a free USB OTG cable.
